This gives the organization an opportunity to study a variety of approaches and prices and choose the one that best meets its needs. A well-written RFP conveys the intention behind the proposal and ensures that the end result will meet expectations. The RFP Call for performance provided is followed by a review of the proposals. If they want to take on a new project, they generally lack the resources and expertise to add it to their workload. Businesses, large and small, tend to have just enough resources to maintain current operations. An RFP must clearly define the project, including its scope, goals, and required deliverables, so bidders can submit viable proposals.
A low AES indicates that agents have the necessary tools, resources, and support to be efficient in their roles. It helps you understand how often customers give up waiting in queues due to long wait times or a lack of available agents. The call abandonment rate measures the percentage of calls that customers disconnect from before an agent can answer. In contrast, high AFRT often results in customer frustration and an increased likelihood of follow-up contacts or escalations.
